Saffron and Almond drink for premature ejaculation and sexual dysfunction

instructions:

  • Soak 1/2 cup of almonds overnight in water, or soak in hot water and peel immediately.
  • In the morning peel off the skin,  or leave it it’s your choice, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of hot water. 
  • Add a pinch of saffron,  1 inch of un pealed ginger, and  3-4 seeds of cardamom to it. 
  • Put everything on fire until boiling. 
  • Drink every morning for one month at least.
