Natural cures for grey hair

When you first notice a grey hair you should start using these remedies to flop the process. On of the easiest fix are:

Ginger juice:

Grind or juice organic ginger and use the juice as a hair serum. Ginger encourages hair growth as well as prevents grey.

Sesame and cloves oil:

Amla Oil

Oiling hair every once in a while brings back the healthy shine and regulates the blood supply of hair follicles, thus improving hair growth and stability. Amla oil is very famous for hair health and hair darkening. Massaging hair with amla juice and lemon juice stops hair greying to a great extent.

Onion Juice and Lemon Juice

Catalase enzyme found in onions neutralises hydrogen peroxide and reverses grey hair. Rubbing onions juice mixed with lemon juice on your scalp everyday is a powerful reversal treatment for grey hair (the only down side is of course the smell). Wheat grass and barley grass are also rich in catalase, so mix up a paste and rub this onto your scalp everyday as well.

In addition to this, you can now buy catalase in supplemental form to take orally for extra benefit. If you onion smell un bearable, you can always crush one or two catalase capsules mix with little water and apply directly to scalp.

Black tea mix

Black tea colors grey and helps hair  in many ways because has caffeine in it. Caffeine helps stimulate hair growth, thicken hair, and slow or stop hair fall. With that said, some of the black tea infusions will tone hair colours. Do as follows;

Boil one cup of water in a large pan with three tablespoons of a good quality black tea. Allow the tea to steep. Add one spoon of rosemary and sage (either fresh or dried) to the tea. Allow the mix to sit for 24 hours.

Strain the tea water in the morning and put in a spray bottle.

Shampoo hair as you normally do. Spray the tea onto your hair making sure you cover your whole head.  Towel dry your hair but do not rinse. Your hair should be darker in color almost immediately but you will need to continue the process until you reach the color you desire.
