Exercises that accelerate ageing and cause weight gain…

After the age of 35 (for women) and 40 (for men) your body hormonal changes begin and you start to gain weight easier, especially around the stomach.

You also begin to lose lean muscle tissue and slowing down of the metabolism making you less energetic, weaker and flabbier. While we try to combat this by doubling up the duration of workouts, making them longer, more frequent, more intense to pick up our energy and lose the extra fat it may only aid in making things worse. This actually results in increased belly-fat and the loss of lean muscle tone believe it or not.

This is all can be blamed mainly on the diminishing levels of “growth hormone.” This progressive hormone gradually starts to decline around the middle ages and continues for the rest of our natural life.

Don’t start to give up yet! There is some good news apart from giving up cardio exercise, research has discovered that our bodies has the ability to re-stimulate youth-enhancing hormones naturally by working on the following:

Cardio exercise:
Doing long cardio sessions over exhausts the body and increases the production of stress hormone “cortisol”, which causes you to gain belly fat.

Studies have also found that doing long frequent cardio sessions break down your lean muscles and increase the production of free radicals. Free radicals are nasty little molecules that damage cells in your body and cause chronic inflammation that accelerate ageing and can lead to serious diseases.

So if you are crumpling your self away on a treadmill, the bike or other forms of cardio machines… you need to STOP. There are much better methods….

Lack of sleep:
Although not considered an exercise, you need to exercise to get around especially if you are over 40 because as you get older, getting enough sleep becomes a major issue hence the body becomes overwhelmed with the stress hormone “cortisol”, which loves to accumulate fat in and around your belly area.

And unfortunately, it’s nearly impossible to exercise or diet your way to being lean, if cortisol levels are evaluated. So, consistent quality sleep is a must!

Excessive Ab Exercises:
Don’t waste your time doing Ab exercises like sit ups, crunches and side bends thinking you’re going to melt away excessive belly fat. Unfortunately, this will do absolutely nothing to help you get rid of your Ab flab.

The cause of fat accumulation in and around your stomach is due to hormonal imbalances created by unhealthy eating habits coupled with changes in your age related body chemistry. That means you have to stimulate the right biochemical processes in your body to trigger the youth-enhancing hormones that enable you to burn off your stubborn body-fat.

WHAT TO DO…?
You just need to know HOW. It is the key to getting rid of excess fat around the belly and to slow down the ageing process. However, the key is to activate the hormones necessary (growth hormone) by performing HIGH INTENSITY exercises for a very short duration. These HIGH INTENSITY exercises in a very short time can stimulate a powerful physiological response that floods the body with anti-ageing and fat-burning hormones – so you can burn off that stubborn middle-age body-fat and get a lean toned body in the quickest way possible. Our body has amazing powers to slow down ageing processes because it’s equipped with the essential hormones, enzymes, and neurons to make it happen.
