People sometimes get exited about eating what’s considered as a healthy food but the reality beneath the surface is a completely different story.
Here is a small list of many health foods you shouldn’t eat:

Fruit juice:

Fruit juice is dangerous due to the fructose content and the loss of fiber. A study found that the average fruit juice’s fructose concentration is 45.5 grams per liter and it is 50 grams per liter in fizzy drinks. While glucose serves as a fuel for our body, Our bodies aren’t designed to deal with that type of fructose overload. Fructose is processed mainly in the liver and get converted to fat.

Artificial Sweeteners:

While Doctors recommend them for diabetics because they have low glycemic index, new research has shown that artificial sweeteners causes a disturbance in gut flora and can actually cause diabetes.

These non innocent sugar substitutes have been clinically linked to:

  • Allergies
  • Bladder cancer
  • Brain tumors
  • Breast cancer
  • Headaches
  • Hypertension
  • Lymphomas/leukemia
  • Seizures

Microwave Popcorn

The microwavable bags are coated with nonstick chemicals that causes cancer and the fake butter flavoring compound actually causes serious lung disease when inhaled in large quantities.

Vegetable oils

Vegetable oils like canola oil are highly inflammatory and not healthy by any way. They are genetically modified, are partially hydrogenated and have been linked to:

Always choose organic strawberries no matter how expensive they can be or grow your own otherwise you are exposing your self and your family to a serious danger. Nonorganic strawberries rank number one on the most contaminated fruits list.
Strawberries tested by scientists found to contain an average of 5.75 different pesticides per sample after washing. And do you know that nonorganic strawberry fields are often fumigated with toxic gases that were initially developed for chemical warfare?

Canned green beans contain bisphenol A (BPA) a synthetic estrogen. These BPA toxic causes hormonal imbalance, PCOS, breast and prostate cancer, male and female infertility among other diseases.
